14 members of the band provided the music for the morning service at Chandler's Ford Methodist church on Sunday 1st March. The service was a 'Church with Choices' service based around the Holy habit theme of 'Prayer' and led by Rev. Sue Keegan Von Allmen. The first hymn, by Getty and Townsend arranged by Simon Farrenden was 'Hear the Call of the Kingdom' which was followed by 'Jesus, be the Centre' by Frye and again arranged by Simon Farrenden. The third hymn 'Father I Place into your Hands' came before the opportunity to get up and go to other areas of the church to experience other activities.
When the church family was reunited the band played two further hymns 'What a Friend' and 'Slane' as well as 'Prayer of Childhood' for the offertory, all from the Salvation Army hymn tune book.
After the service finished the band played 'Great is they Faithfulness' as the congregation departed.
