The band were invited to take part in Rev. Sue Keegan Von Allmen's farewell service for the circuit which took place on Sunday 17th July 2022 at Chandler's Ford Methodist Church.
A group of around 14 members turned out on a very warm afternoon and made a pretty good sound, although an additional player on the bass end would have made an ideal balance, never the less, quite a few members of the congregation commented kindly on the overall sound.
Prior to the service the band played various hymns for around 20mins as the congregation gathered. 2 hymns were played during the service 'To God Be The Glory' played to the tune of same name from the Salvation Army's hymn tune book, and 'Lord, For The Years' by M.Baughen arr. By D.A.Carter.
